Pre-set articulated slip clutches that are tailored to the thread to be tested are available for the various thread sizes. The tripping characteristic corresponds to manual testing - which means that there is no latching or impact. Only with OmniTURN can you meet the requirements of DIN13, namely that gauges are only up to standard if the go side can be screwed in without any particular effort. Alignment errors that occur during positioning and testing are compensated by an articulated joint. The best thing about it is that you use your existing, standard threaded measurement stems for OmniTURN (taper gauges in accordance with DIN 2258) - which means there's no need to fork out for special gauges!

You can change from one thread size to another at lightning speed by simply removing and attaching the slip clutch.
